Settling an Estate?
Don't make a costly mistake!
Last month, a Metuchen, NJ family that was relocating, opted to conduct a garage sale before coming to us.

Fortunately, no one at their garage sale was willing to pay $1,000
for a 15th century ivory Madonna and Child figure.

A collector was delighted to buy it at our auction for $4,000!

Last year, at a Cranbury, NJ estate sale, a local antiques dealer bought an old trunk and its contents for $100. It turned out to be filled with old sterling silver serving pieces.
After we expertly identified and properly advertised the collection,
it was sold at our auction for almost $30,000!
About ten years ago, we were called in to purchase the contents of a Toms River, NJ estate. The contents had previously been appraised by someone else to be worth $5,500.

Within seconds, it was obvious that the appraisal grossly understated the value of the estate. We reappraised the contents and determined there was almost $2 million worth of valuables in the estate, including a painting that was valued at $1.2 to $1.6 million dollars!

Don’t make a costly mistake.
